I started at Deloitte, then worked with companies like IBM and 3M, helping Fortune 500 companies price, package, and sell in fast-moving markets. Consulting taught me the skill of finding the problem underneath the problem.
The experience
In 2021, I left the corporate world and founded calmcorporate, bringing mindfulness into leadership teams under real pressure. It slowly evolved into executive coaching and, as AI reshaped work, AI executive coaching, leading me to a much bigger problem.
My clients were not just using AI; they were being judged by it. Their next client was not Googling anymore. They were asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI who to hire, and taking the first answer they got.
Brilliant attorneys, advisors, and agents were invisible in those answers, not because they were not the best, but because nobody had ever told the machines who they are.
